There will be fitness classes daily including strength training sessions + yoga! But if you aren't in the mood to participate, you are not required! There will be plenty to do each day.
In the fitness sessions, you will be encouraged to listen to your own body and never push beyond your limits. Sessions will be ALL LEVELS with progressions or modifications presented!

How does living your best life sound? At this Caribbean Retreat, guests can expect a combination or activity, exploration and luxury. Each morning begins with an invigorating workout at sunrise. Your heart is pumping and you are ready to take on the day learning new information about the region and about yourself. Surrounded by like-,minded women, a shared vision and goal cements the group dynamic. You will leave with lifelong friends.
Field trips to visit archeological ruins, adventures to fresh water wells (cenotes) for cliff jumping and snorkeling, a deep tissue massage, and led paddleboard ventures in the sea all await you in a tropical paradise. Throughout the day, the in-house chef creates one of a kind home-cooked meals with local cuisine and fresh ingredients.
Your stay will be not at resort, instead you will have all needs catered to by the house staff. The villa is isolated from city noise, traffic, and even stores and restaurants.

the retreat
The Heritage Retreat is focused on learning about the history and culture from and with the people of the region. Experience first-hand the traditions, the arts, and the food of Mexico in two stunning and fascinating destinations: Mexico City and San Cristobal de las Casas. With incredible architecture in the heart of the state of Chiapas, San Cristobal is a lively town with much to explore. A number of excursions with local guides will give guests a sense of the people and history of this beautiful part of Mexico!
Guests will also have a unique tour to the Pyramids of Teotihuacán, a site of structures and compounds which are known as the most architecturally significant Mesoamerican pyramids. The Teotihuacán built the Pyramids of the Sun and of the Moon between A.D. 1 and 250.
Between field trips to visit archeological sites, guests will have fitness opportunities each day including cardio classes and yoga classes with a local instructor. This retreat also includes a guided hike through a wilderness preserve to view waterfalls and to swim in lagoons.
Flights between Mexico City and Tuxtla Gutierrez are included in the itinerary and the cost. Also included is safe, private transfer from the airport to overnight accommodations. Rooms are reserved for individual guests, so you will have your privacy and comfort during your vacation. Breakfast is included daily.
