In some cases, retreats may require a minimum number of participants to operate. If the minimum is not met, the affected participant will be fully refunded or may choose a similar retreat as a substitute.
Frequently, deposits are required for overnight retreats. Deposits for overnight retreats are due upon booking. Spots will not be held without payment of the deposit. Once a guest has paid a deposit, the accommodations are reserved for them. Deposits do not transfer to credits nor are refundable.
Guests have 48 hours after they book to cancel and be fully reimbursed. After 48 hours, if a guest cancels, they can use their payment as a credit toward another retreat. If a guest cancels within 14 days of the retreat, they are ineligible to receive a credit or a refund.
In some cases, full payment is due 30-90 in advance of the retreat. Guests will be clearly notified about the deadline for payment. Once the full payment is collected by the due date, guests are ineligible for a refund.
Guest will receive a refund due to the impact of COVID ONLY due to (2) scenarios: 1) registered guest tests positive with COVID within 2 weeks of event; 2) a widespread lockdown (federal, state, local) prohibits travel or entry to retreat destination.
For full refund / credit transfer within 14 days of retreat or after the payment period has passed, Biz Fit will consider on a case by case basis, personal medical emergencies and/or natural disasters that would prevent guest from attending.
